So easy, place the dates and about 50mls of warm water in a liquidizer or blender, blend well until a nice smooth paste. Once smooth you can chill or even freeze the paste.
When you are ready to go, add the milk, ice cream and ice. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
Pour into a glass and grate a bit of fresh nutmeg over the top. YUM!
